For the Marketing Department we are recruiting a:


Reporting to the Italian Managing Director he/she will be responsible for managing the Italian team and coordinating other European countries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Propose and develop effective actions related to the adaptation of corporate advertising campaigns to allow a creative brand storytelling to generate curiosity and traffic both on digital and retail platforms, in line with corporate image
- Deal with HQ to get budget allocations according to the different countries needs and decide the priority levels for the various departments/areas
- Develop the marketing plan which includes:
     - Strategic support to Omnichannel customers – in full cooperation with the Business Directors - providing guidance and active coordination for an effective implementation of preset and special window solutions, store materials and for the smooth planning, management and outcome of events
     - Adaptation of HQ media planning to the country Management
     - Coordination of promotional events, sponsorships, and direct marketing activities, deciding the ideal event locations
- Supervise PR activities
- Manage and motivate subordinate staff (review and assess performance, build employee capacity, support staff professional development)

- Strong experience in leading Marketing & Communication team both at local and International level
- Digital Mindset and “Tech” approach to deal and develop the Marketing and Communication strategy
- CRM Management and Communication via Influencer
- Trade Marketing experience 
- People Management 
- Positive approach to problem solving
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluent English
